The Process Of Cold Forging Copper

  1. Lubrication

The first step is to lubricate the copper billet. This is one of the crucial stages, and skipping will significantly affect the quality of the copper product forged.   1. Insert Metal In the Die

  1. Finishing

For the cold forging, there may not be a need for finishing the forged products. But in case that you need to make finish, you can go ahead with it. Either way, it may not be such a big issue.
